Our consultants bring together over 50 years experience of computer, communication and information systems in the retail & distributive, financial, service, petrochemical and public sectors. Since the consultancy was established in 1987, our work has divided into four streams: Architecture & Design, Infrastructure Services, Business Change Management and IT Change Control. Our preferred approach is for a consultant from the relevant stream to meet with Clients and discuss their requirements at a pre-sales meeting. We then draw up a proposal for a phased approach to investigating and delivering those requirements. This enables us to monitor costs more closely and to modify the requirements specification in a structured way if our Clients' business needs alter during the project.
